Yusuf Oladele Surajudeen(YOS)

Yusuf Oladele Surajudeen (YOS) is a seasoned professional with an extensive academic and professional background. He holds an H.N.D. in Mathematics and Statistics from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Ibadan, Oyo State. He furthered his education with an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, and several master's degrees, including Actuarial Science, Security, Peace Building and Development, and Legal Criminology and Security Psychology, all from the University of Ibadan. Additionally, he completed a Master Class in Forensic Science and a P.G.D. in Business Administration from Enugu State University of Science and Technology.

Yusuf also earned a P.D.E. in Education from Federal College of Education, Osiele, Abeokuta, and a Diploma in Legal and Business Studies. His qualifications extend to diplomas in Change Management, Project Management, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Counterterrorism and Intelligence, and several Professional Diploma certificates, including Intelligent Security and Disaster Management, Counterterrorism, and Safety. He is also certified in HSE Levels 1, 2, and 3, Private Security Management, National Security, Cybersecurity, Criminal Investigation, School Safety, Crisis Response, Terrorism Awareness, and Insurance Marketing, among other areas.

Yusuf's extensive professional affiliations include Associate Memberships with the Nigerian Institute of Management, Certified Institute of Pension, Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators, and Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analysts. He is also a Certified Financial Accountant (USA) and a member of several prestigious organizations, including the Teacher Registration Council of Nigeria, Institute of Professional Financial Managers (UK), Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), Institute of Management Specialists (UK), Society of Public Accountants (UK), Society for Peace Studies and Practices, and the Royal Statistical Society (UK).

As a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Forensic Accountants (USA and Canada), the Institute of Health Insurance and Managed Care of Nigeria, and the Institute of Risk Management (SA), Yusuf has garnered extensive experience across various industries. His career includes roles with T&T Global Limited (Oil and Gas, Haulage and Logistics), Axiom Channel Point Limited (Oil and Gas distribution), Equity Life and Pension Insurance Company (now ARM LIFE), Royal Exchange Assurance Limited, Finbank Insurance Company Limited, and Standard Consultant Limited (NGO). He has also served as Commercial Director of Sonarwa Group of Companies in Rwanda, General Manager of Markfema (Life, Wealth, and Health), and Program Director of Torchlight Foundation.

Yusuf's security expertise is exemplified through his work as Chief Security Operative and State Investigation Officer for the Central Abattoir, Amosun, Ibadan, and his involvement with the Western Security Network Agency (Amotekun). His broad academic, professional, and practical experience make him a highly respected figure in his fields of expertise.

Yusuf-Yos Olubunmi Khadijah holds:

BNSC in Nursing from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife Osun state. Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife from Lagos University Teaching Hosiptal (Luth), Professional Diploma in Education (Primary Health care Tutor) From DIMSI College of Education and Technology, Abuja, Public Health Nursing from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife Osun State, Proficiency Certificate in Community Development. With certified Practicing License.

She has attended an in house training with World Health Organization Community Health worker on Integrated Management of Childhood Illness, Organized by WHO in Geneva , Switzerland, USAID/ Nigeria on Long acting and reversible Contraceptives (Family Planning), Oyo state Primary Health care board in Collaboration with UNICEF on Essential Newborn Care Course (ENCC).

She has worked in various capacities, Lagos State University Teaching Hospital as Staff Nurse, Supervisor and Enrolment Nurse with World health Organization of Management of Possible serious Bacterial Infection in Young Infant in African), Midwife Nurse with National Primary health care Development Agency.
